Personal Care

We provide personal care giving services to ensure seniors well being in the comfort of their own home.

Services such as, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, helping with mobility, assistance with eating and providing medication reminders are activities of daily living (ADLs).

Changes such as shrinking social circles, declining health, loss of mobility and lack of transportation, can lead to a solitary life. Visits from a compassionate caregiver can allow seniors to do the things they enjoy: chat over tea, look through family photos, play favourite games and go out shopping.

hospital & post-hospital care

Hospital stays can be stressful and scary. We provide hospital assistance ensuring, comfort and support to the patient as well as act as a liaison between patient, staff and family.

Once discharged, care can continue at home. Our post-hospital care services ensure a smooth transition from hospital to home where recovery can continue in more desirable surroundings.
